The FairCarboN coordination team organises webinars delivered by recognised international experts. These webinars cover various topics within the programme’s scientific scope. The webinars have featured the following speakers:

The current state of knowledge and recent developments in carbon sequestration practices in agricultural and forest soils were presented in the previous session by Delphine Derrien & Laure Bamière (INRAE).

The challenges and ongoing work relating to data collection, as well as advances in the modelling of soil organic carbon, were presented by Pierre Barré (CNRS) and Ainhoa Ihasusta (INRAE).

A round-table discussion chaired by Patricia Garnier (INRAE) on practitioners’ expectations and needs regarding data and modelling, featuring Sylvain Rullier (ADEME), Mélanie Juillard (Citepa) and Maira Fortunato (ADIFP IFPEnergiesNouvelles). Sébastien Treyer, Director-General of IDDRI, brought the session to a close.
